Corrigendum:
As per corrigendum issued for Advertisement No. MIDC/GEN/542/2016/Pt II/2296 dated 27 February 2026, the qualification for the post of Assistant Manager has been revised to:
MBA (Finance) / PGP (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / M.Com from a recognized university or institution.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
For Engineering Posts:
- B.E. (Civil) or equivalent to B.E. (Civil) / B.Arch from a recognized university. (06 posts).
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
For Finance Posts:
- MBA (Finance) / PGP (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) M.Com from a recognized university or institution. (02 Posts)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the following areas:
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Loan appraisal and financial analysis.
- Working knowledge of TDS compliance and GST return filing.

Meghalaya MIDC Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit
Candidates must meet the following age criteria:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Maximum age: 32 years.
- Age calculated as on 01 January 2026.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation.

2. Personal Interview
- Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the personal interview. The number of candidates called will be decided by the corporation.
Only those candidates who produce all the required original documents relating to educational qualifications, date of birth, caste/community, and other certificates as prescribed by the rules will be considered eligible and called for the Personal Interview.

- Selected candidates will be required to undergo a compulsory probationary period with a fixed salary. The probation period will be not less than 1 year for Assistant Manager and not less than 6 months for Junior Assistant.
