Shillong Medical College Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Professor
Candidates must have:
- MD / MS / DNB / DM / M.Ch or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline from a medical college recognized by the National Medical Commission / Medical Council of India.
- Permanent registration with any Central or State Medical Council.
- One year of Senior Residency in the concerned subject after completion of PG course MD/MS (not required for DM/M.Ch/DNB holders).
- Applicants must be currently working as a Medical Officer or Specialist under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Meghalaya, in a regular post at the time of application.
2. Senior Resident
- Must possess MD / MS / DNB postgraduate degree in the concerned subject.
3. Tutor / Demonstrator
- Must possess an MBBS Degree from a recognized institution.
