Essential Qualification:
Candidates must have any of the following:
- M.Tech / M.E in Microelectronics / VLSI / Electronics or related fields.
- OR M.Sc in Electronics with valid GATE/NET.
- OR B.Tech / B.E (ECE or related) with valid GATE qualification.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 30 years.
- Age Relaxation: As per institute norms.
Salary (Stipend):
- ₹37,000 per month.
