Field Research Assistant

Number of Posts: 1

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or
Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)

Preferred Language Skills

Applicants with proficiency in the following languages will be preferred:

Khasi
Hindi
Bengali

Experience Required

Clinical, laboratory, or field experience will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Collect and process samples along with socio-economic data from community participants.
Maintain safety standards and ensure quality control of all samples and equipment.
Properly label, store, and maintain collected samples.
Arrange safe transport of samples to the institute.
Coordinate with field and laboratory teams for smooth project execution.
Participate in fieldwork whenever required.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Principal Investigator or supervisor.
Prepare and process samples at study sites.
Maintain detailed work logs and documentation of all activities.
Submit weekly reports to the concerned supervisor.
Assist in report writing and regular project updates.

Salary

The annual salary package (CTC) will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and performance during the selection process.
